Energy...

I've recently started getting into Fitness and Nutrition.

Sometimes I find all the things you do in a day takes its toll on your mind and body. Especially in the hustle and bustle of a busy city like London! So where do you find the energy to replenish what life can take out of you?

It goes back to the basics and to gain energy... sometimes you got to give it out to get it back!

It's time to get the running shoes out, get pro-active and get some fresh air! The best part of it is, running in the park, by the river or where-ever outside costs nothing but gives you so much boundless energy! The hormone endorphines are released when you excercise, which is the same as what chocolate can give you...

The other place I find energy is from the food I eat. And yes, you are what you eat! You think what you eat too. If you constantly eat and drink... crap. It totally affects your body and mind. Its like when you eat lots of sugary foods you get a high voltage of energy and then a huge slump!

Maybe its your body saying wake- up feed me something good!

We all know whats good for us... fruit, veg, protein, water etc. But if you think about it Iron man and woman didn't have walkers crisps, dominoes pizzas and cadburys chocolate - they had pure basics.

Meat, vegetables and fruit.

And that's all you need. Nutrition Tip: To get the best energy out of your foods eat fruit and veg in its most natural state - it contains the most amount of vitamins and minerals.

Its summer in Great Britain, Olympics is about to arrive! Go for Gold, get into the Spirit

And make 2012 the year you eat and excercise your way to a healthy lifestyle!

Thank you for reading.

Smile Always,

Rachel

Life is just One Big Party

I've decided, yes!

Life is just one big party.

Everyone you meet, everywhere you go and everything you learn accumulate millions of pictures that live in you forever.

If you were to see a flash of pictures of your life I bet it would look pretty amazing!

And that's only a handful of years, there are so many to go and adventure.

So I say, Cheers!

Keep exploring, learning and go go going for it.

Living the party... the party of life.

Respect

Respect... A word so easily forgotten yet so easy to do!

One of the first things you ever get taught is "respect one another"... But really, do we?

Jobs categories people into certain roles... The waitress, lawyer, plumber, doctor, actor, rubbish man collector, person behind the tills... Whatever the case maybe... And whoever they are.

Every single person has a right to be treated well, let's face it we all have feelings and are human at the end of the day! When you shout or walk on someone, sometimes without even knowing it.. You don't know how much harm you can cause. Misery Stops Production, Happiness Rolls it!

Everyone deserves acknowledgment, a hello, thank you, a smile... Its cutesy, its manners and costs nothing except the kindness of a person's heart.

So next time your shopping, have food served, working or whatever you do, take time to respect those around you.

It could make someone's day and yours!

Money

It can eat you...

Or...

You can eat it... little and often...

Be the controller of where it comes in and where it goes to...

Good money planning is a life skill!

Dot to Dot

Life's like dot to dot...
You go from dot to dot, to dot, to dot...
But you never know which dot you’re going to land on next...
Sometimes you can predict but most of the time it is left to something greater to guide you and reveal the way...

I'm a great believer in fete and often find the days where there are no plans can be the most exciting...
It’s so easy to let time control you...
I must be there at 10 O Clock, I need to finish at 5.
Bla Bla Bla

But there are some things you can control... Your day to day doings...
If you took a little more time to get somewhere than rush rush rush...
You suddenly begin to relax and look around you!
It allows you to mentally settle and adapt to the new environment you’re in...

Less is more...
Time is of the essence...

You can't control age and your internal body clock... But you have control over the clock ticking on the wall, on your wrist and phone...

And when you do...
Life’s more relaxed, you begin to tune in and just enjoy being in the moment...

If at first you don't succeed,

try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try,

Inner Freedom

Sometime's people question where I get my energy from and this is what I believe.

You have the inner freedom to decide what you absorb every day.
No-one can tell you how to think. It’s impossible!

Take a day to really be aware of what you hear and read...
from friends and family to magazines, TV, adverts etc
If you're absorbing drivvle no wonder you feel rubbish!
Your environment totally affects your mood.

It’s out of your hands to manipulate someone else's freedom of thought.
But what you can change is yours... Don’t be sucked into the mud!
Step out of the box and be positive…
Take pride and watch your happy energy have a domino effect on others!

And… when you can find that sparkle of positivity,
wherever you are and whoever you’re with,
you've found one of the most powerful thinking skills and for life!

Big. Big.. Big... School! :)

You think you’re an adult when you finish education... No, no, no!

This playground is massive, I'm talking huge and it’s called real life!

You get your gossipers, the laughs, the cries, the bullies, the falls and the magical helpers. But it’s not in a 50 metre square playground... it’s the world, its life. It just got bigger, that's all
J

So, when you think you know it all...

You've only just arrived at big, big, big school!

Daunting… But very exciting...

Never stop learning...

Believing...

The moment you stop believing, in time nobody will believe you.

You meet antagonists through your life. They are sent to try and test you but can also become your strongest ally. Used wisely their challenges will become food for your strength.

Every time you hear Nooooo, turn it around and believe (oops they just accidently said the wrong word) yes... Yes you can!

Whatever constructive criticism you are given, grab it with both hands, eat it, digest it and get rid of it. All the good nutrients will embellish you and all the rubbish will "evacuate the building"!

It takes courage and determination to change your mindset from "I'm no good" to "Yes I am." But out of many no's is a beautiful hidden Yesss... And your mission is to carry on seeking to find it!

And when it comes... It will be magic!
